He has extensive expertise in conceptualizing, designing, and implementing Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks that generate actionable evidence to strengthen youth-focused agricultural interventions.

Jim is highly skilled in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, with a strong focus on analysing barriers and opportunities for youth participation across entire value chains from production to processing and market access.
