Alice has extensive hands-on experience in horticultural crop production (vegetables, fruits, herbs, spices), irrigation schemes, greenhouse and open-field farming, and integrated farming systems. Her work spans consultancy roles, farm and estate management, and leadership positions with private sector firms, international NGOs, and development programs. She has also contributed to market systems studies, stakeholder mapping, agribusiness incubation, and extension training, strengthening farmer organizations and production units.

Currently, Alice works as a Team Lead at Ke Devries Ltd, providing technical advisory services on horticultural production planning, farm systems optimization, irrigation, soil fertility, and enterprise development.
